Prolite Communication (Aditya Infotech Ltd.) is strictly committed to environmental conservation in accordance with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 mandated by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Government of India.

End-of-life electronic security hardware contains valuable recyclable metals as well as hazardous components. We provide authorized collection channels and drop-off points across all 500+ service centers where customers can deposit retired CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and power supplies for environmentally safe scientific recycling.

Terms and Conditions & Warranty Policy

All Prolite Communication hardware products sold through authorized distributors carry standard limited manufacturer warranties (up to 2 years for standard analog cameras/DVRs and up to 3 years for enterprise Red Line IP cameras).

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operational use.
• Physical damage, water ingress beyond certified IP ratings, burnt circuit traces resulting from lightning or electrical surges, and unauthorized tampering will void warranty coverage.
• Service warranty claims can be processed at any authorized Aditya Service Center with proof of purchase.
